2. Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your use of the Service and your relationship with Mederi Wellness Center. By using our website or booking treatments, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent where applicable.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not access or use our Service.

3. Service Use and Client Policies

3.1 Arrival & Late Policy

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early
  • Cancellation policy is 3 hrs and if not cancelled they will be charged

3.2 Age Restrictions

  • Treatments and services are available for clients 18 years and older
  • Minors may only book or receive treatments with parental consent or presence

3.3 Personal Belongings

  • Mederi Wellness Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal items

3.4 Hygiene & Conduct

  • Clients are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who behaves inappropriately

3.5 Gift Vouchers & Packages

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable
  • Packages are intended for use by the purchaser only, unless otherwise agreed.

Any personal or medical information you share with us is treated as strictly confidential

We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
