What should I bring for my session?
Nothing at all, just yourself. Towels, robes, and all the essentials are provided to make your experience seamless
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable, loose-fitting clothing or sportswear. For massages, you’ll be provided with covers to change into.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change, we understand. Please let us know at least 3 hours before your session if you need to cancel or reschedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept card payments only.
Where can I find you?
We’re located inside Lagoona Mall, within the Megaformer Studio. Look out for our little touch of green and we’ll guide you from there.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Are your treatments suitable for everyone?
Our therapies are designed to suit a wide range of needs. If you have any medical conditions or special requirements, please let us know when booking so we can tailor your experience safely.
Do you offer packages or memberships?

What kind of products do you use?
All our products are handmade from scratch, crafted with natural, cruelty-free ingredients to honor your body and mind. Beyond treatments, we also offer candles, therapeutic oils, and perfume oils, wellness pieces you can bring home to extend the Mederi experience.
Is there parking available?
Yes, Lagoona Mall offers ample parking for your convenience.
